Excellent Customer Service - New Orleans“I am writing to inform you that I am extremely satisfied with the previous and recent home improvements. The area I am most pleased with is customer service. Post Katrina your company installed windows and made other home improvements. I informed them that I would call when I was ready for the work to begin. Prior to me calling, I received a call from your production manager informing me he would be in charge of servicing the improvements, gave me his cell number and told me to just call when I was ready for the work to begin. At that time I informed him that I noticed a small crack in a window that was installed pre-Katrina. We discussed a date and time he could take a look at the window and he did.
The Production manager has given me excellent customer service. The very first time he called he was very pleasant and professional. He continued to keep me informed regarding the progress of the improvements which did not take long at all. I called him when it was completed and informed him of a couple of things that I was dissatisfied with and he came over the next day. He was very apologetic and courteous as always. The work was completed in a couple of days and I am extremely satisfied.
Regarding the window with the crack that needed to be replaced, he had periodically called me just to tell me he has not forgotten about me and would notify me as soon as the window came in (the first replacement did not fit). On yesterday, I received a call from him informing me the window was in and someone would be here today to install it. His pleasant, professional and upbeat voice was unchanged.
In times like these it is impossible to find a contractor or worker like this! I continue to refer lots of people to your company because of the type of customer service I have received from your company.”
