Built with precision and care, the structure features clean white framing, expansive sliding full-view windows, and dual ceiling fans for optimal airflow. To ensure climate control in every season, we installed a high-efficiency mini-split unit—quiet, powerful, and perfectly mounted for seamless integration, as well as new plywood and soffit to stop the airflow from the attic. The project also included a freshly poured concrete foundation with a built-in pool drain system, expertly graded to direct water away from the sunroom and toward the backyard. It’s a smart solution that protects the space while keeping the outdoor area dry and functional!
