“I want to let you know what a pleasure it was doing business with your company!
The decision my husband and I made to install new gutters, soffit, fascia board and a patio cover on our home was not an overnight one.
We began our search for a company to do this by researching the Better Business Bureau, the Louisiana Secretary of State, and internet. In particular our initial search was to look for complaints, unresolved issues, and reputability. To my surprise, this initial process cut the field of “competitors” by over two thirds!
We then attended the Home and Garden Show in the Superdome and made contact with the remaining four companies on our list, and scheduled appointments to meet in person at our home with their representatives. Your company was slated to be the second to last we would meet with; however after our meeting with you, we cancelled the last appointment.
You made us feel comfortable and at ease from the very first handshake. You treated us with courtesy and respect while providing a complete description of the product, the work that would be performed, and the pricing method. You addressed any issues or concerns we had with kindness, never making us feel ill at ease or that the questions were “dumb”. The experience we had in our meeting with you was enjoyable. You made us feel as though we were meeting with an old friend rather than an impersonal corporation. You provided us with competitive pricing while making us feel completely informed. This meeting sealed the deal so to speak and we signed the contract for the work and cancelled the meeting with the last vendor.
When the work began shortly thereafter what a pleasant surprise to find that our initial meeting was just the beginning of the enjoyment and professionalism we would have dealing with your company.
Three different crews were assigned to our job. One for the gutters, a second for the soffit and fascia, and the third for the patio cover. Each of these crews arrived timely, were neat, respectful, and professional. They performed the work in a timely manner and as agreed. They worked speedily and each finished up their jobs in no time.
Each crew paid attention to the small details such as surveying the property after for any nails that may have fallen and been hidden in the grass. They all insured that any debris was cleaned up and the work site left in a neat, orderly status. The job was completed timely and the end result was more beautiful than we imagined.
The service after the sale continued when we received the warranty forms from your office with literally step by step instructions spelled out for us, copies made, pre-addressed envelopes provided, and even a “sign by the x”. It couldn’t have been any simpler.
We know we have made the right decision in choosing your company for our home improvement needs.
It is this attention to detail provided by everyone from you at our initial meeting to each of the work crews to the office staff that cause me to write this letter to you.
